location for anyone using the Spa for entertainment purposes as we did
for a Jools Holland concert. Easy walk down into town centre and access

staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was very clean including rooms and modern with all you needed in them. room 108 has double and a single bed, sea view and very lovely inside. breakfast was excellent and served to your table, good location for sea view, short 10 min walk to bus stops for town and other areas. good value for money, a nice 3 star hotel and would go back. me, my 5 year old daughter and my mother stayed 3 nights, pools is great as has a shallow bit for kids, bit cool but ok

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay over for a wedding.
both rooms next door to each other, that was great.
staff went out of their way to help us and make sure everything was ok.
lovely towels.
Spa facilities pool, sauna and steam room excellent only us in, (i don't know what the other guests were doing!!!)

Loved the spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful staff. The pool was large, clean and very luxurious. Food was great, and breakfast and dinner arrived without a long wait, and cooked beautifully. Couldn't ask for better service. Great to know that the car was safe in the no reservation, secure car park!

My original room booking was very nice and clean but I would have liked something a bit more special. I spoke to the duty manager and changed to a suite for my second night stay. If there had not been another room available I would have still been happy to stay in the original room. I was absolutely delighted by the way in which my request was deal

We also made use of the swimming pool, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed.

The rooms were first class and slightly larger than is usual for a Hotel. The quality of the furnishing was first class. The food that we enjoyed in the evening was so good that we asked to see the Chef just to say thank you, I have never done that before, it really was that good. We liked the nearness of the City but just out far enough to have a
quiet feel. It was about 15 minutes from railway station so we were able
to walk and it was about 20 minutes to centre of town. The staff were

We thought the suite was beautiful. The bed was so, so comfortable and the layout of the room very much to our liking. The whole suite was "quality". The breakfast was immense and kept us going until early evening. The staff we met were very polite and very attentive. The area outside our suite was very nice but the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outside. I would recommend "Mount Royale" very highly! Convenient to the city and all its attractions.
