A walk is alsofun with shops and cafes along the way. - The owners were very freindly and helpful. The rooms were great and the breakfast delicious. The location for us was ideal as it is close to the student accomodation whaer our daughter is - but with very frequent busses it is only 5 minuits to Princes street, or a 20-25 minute walk.

Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. When I had three hours to wait until I could check into my next hotel, Margaret let me stay a bit late in my room. A big chain hotel is seldom this flexible. The room was large and quiet, the location was central, and the price was absolutely stupendous. This is what a "family operation" should
