  Polite staff, room was immaculate and catered for all my needs. The use of the swimming pool / fitness room is a major bonus, if required. - The exceptional friendly staff and service. Jacqueline in the Italian Bar Restaurant deserves a special recommendation.

  It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. I have taken the opportunity whilst my children have been at University in Liverpool to introduce family and friends to... ce que les gens disent » Liverpool. The Richmond has a wonderful Scouse feel about it. Accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

  We were only styaing overnight on this occasiion, for the NAFAS AGM so did not really have time to form an exact opinion.
