  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The staff were charming and couldn't have been more helpful. The room, hotel and restaurant were lovely and very good value for money. We would recommend this hotel. - The facilities and the quality of the room

  Good service - paricularly at reception excellent room and facilities - The maids were invisible! Constant hot water.

  accessibilité - Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.
