We've stayed at Chalon Court a number of times (under its old name) as we have family in St Helens. The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much

We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had
everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was
fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and
the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread
for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great
central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were
dead friendly too.

Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. On top of it, excellent food and great location for a shopping day makes it a perfect location.Would love to go back -

Good sized room, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed, with the exception of it's size. Breakfast was also of very good quality. We will return.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception to waiting staff. Family friendly atmosphere and you feel you are in the middle of the excitement of the city too.

We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in
one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way
the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

From the moment we walked into the building to check in the staff were
very friendly and helpfull. We were informed that there was a party with
a band at the pub ajoining the Inn. We were told that we had a quiet
room and that the band were to finish at 11.30pm but if it did disturb
us just to tell them and they would ask the band to lower the lev

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -
