We enjoyed our short stay immensely. The staff were very polite and friendly. Excellent food, tasty, healthy, great variety. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed, central heating. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area within an easy access to the station and the shops. The beach, Shanklin Chine and the old town are just a short walk

This was a second visit because we loved it so much the first time. Location is wonderful - quiet and peaceful with the lovely uncrowded beach at Totland easily accessible. Easy to get the bus from Yarmouth and to travel round the island. The hotel is extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfasts are delicious - the best poached eggs ever- and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Definitely the best of the many hotels we have stayed in on the Isle of Wight. W

The owners were extremely hospitable. The room with sofa facing the evening sun and generous balcony made the stay a delight. Some have commented there is no parking; don't believe them. There was always space on street immediately outside. We cannot fault it. -

Andrea & Mark were very friendly and accomadating.The breakfast was cooked fresh to order, scrambled eggs and crispy bacon for me, my friend had a big bowl of fab porrigde with seeds and cranberries. Guy and Claire are a very friendly couple who will do what they can to make your stay an enjoyable one however long it is for. We were very impressed with everything about this B&B. The rooms were spotless everyday, the breakfast facilities were great, very near to beaches, cafes, and local bus & train stations. We wanted a relaxed few days away and we got exactly that thanks to our hosts hospitality. Definitely be returning.

Loved everything about it. Best ever breakfasts, with all you could ask for. The rooms were stylishly decorated and very comfortable and pleasantly warm when it was cold outside. The hotel is well situated for the beach, transport links and the lovely old village.
Gillian and Andy, the proprietors, were very helpful in suggesting the nicest places to visit and how best to get there.
All in all a great hotel.

Before I arrived, I was not sure I would have a good stay. However, upon arrival, I knew I made the best choice to stay here. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were super great. I wish I dint have to leave. It is very close to the shanklin beach. Also very close to the city center. I would recommend this guest house a million times

at Havelock. Ours was B&B and the food was really great with a very
