The Executive double room was large and comfortable. I usually stay in
an Atrium room at this hotel but that option wasn't available via
letsbookhotel.com - but I was happy with the allocated room. Sometimes Atrium
rooms are a bit noisy (it's an open plan arrangement so if someone

Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.

Excellent B&B in a large house in a line of upscale suburban homes on the road North out of Douglas. Overlooking the sea and Tram lines; quiet area. Margaret was very welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to a large room with a massive bed, a large bathroom with luxury bath and shower. There was a walk in wardrobe and a TV which came out of a cupboard and could be turned to face the bed or the sofa. Everything was provided including free bottled water in the fridge, a vast array of coffee for the coffee maker, home baked cakes in the huge communal sitting room and even toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Personnel très accueillant, situation de l' hôtel. - in particular the price was very good. We could afford to visit the Isle of Man more if other hotels were available for this sort of price - it was very pleasant the staff were all friendly and the food was excellent

Convenienr central position. Helpful staff. Good food - Room was big and comfortable. The view from the room was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. A very enjoyable stay.

As i was travelling alone worried about staying on my own in a place that doesn't have 24hr reception desk or staff within the hotel however that was not a issue to my suprise. I felt very safe, staff were excellent, friendly couldn't do enough for you. Hotel room was lovely and comfortable breakfast was great too -
