This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theatres, Trafalgar Square,Oxford & Carnaby Street shopping & more. I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.

Loved the little touches in the room, free drinks topped up, bottles of water etc. tea coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable, bedroom slippers a nice touch, room small but everything built in and well thought of and air cnditioning a bonus when warm. Tube station at the top of the street shops open 24/7 and pub across the road simular to a wetherspoons had tea and a drink for two for £13.00, fabulous. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.

When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us.
