The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function.
The bathroom had a good size and you could easily refresh the air in the room if you opened both of the windows. The electric radiator was fantastic. It heated

I looooovvvveeee Lansdowne! It is value for money! Free gym incl. Which
has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the
average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to
chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next
to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station
with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx.
15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are
more spacious

Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

The staff were excellent in every way very helpful and very efficient. The rooms were superb and the menu resulted in a superb meal.We were able to order a taxi and nothing was too much trouble for the staff in reception. - The staff were very friendly and most helpful.we could not have any better service.our stay at this Hotel was most enjoyable.
