For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

Clean and well equipped leisure centre. Our room was clean, spacious. The bathroom had an abundance of nice clean thick towels, and lots of toiletries and supplies. - As I live in Eastbourne I know the hotel and had no hesitation in booking. All I can say is that if you want to be treated like the only one at the hotel, The Grand is the place to go. The staff are excellent in all respects. Beds/pillows wonderful. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Spa - fab. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - a must. What more could you ask for - nothing.

Terrific hotel. Very helpful staff and good attitude. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Separate steam and sauna for men and women. Men don't have to get involved in all the Spa stuff which is good. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Will definitely take partner for a romantic break on a Monday/Tuesday - best price
