Gary and Marcia were absolutely lovely, and made us feel like house
guests. Nothing was too much trouble and food was made freshly for us,
with some divine scones for tea. The room was quaint as you would expect
for an old farm house, but clean and pleasant, with a comfy bed. -

If there is something that you want in a great guesthouse...its in the olive branch. Wonderfull room with great vieuw, two seats are waiting for you. Clean, very clean. Perfect bed, a King worthy. Tastefull breakfast, and very nice staff.

A lovely warm welcome. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable and complimentary water was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was a high standard. The position of the hotel makes it an excellent base for exploring the area. There is a footpath leading to the coastal path just minutes from the front of the hotel. Br

Well decorated and spotlessly clean. The owners work incredibly hard and take great pride in their hotel. We had our evening meal in the hotel and the food was very impressive. The breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. We were able to walk to Greenway House and also walked into Brixham a couple of miles away.

The Inn was old and atmospheric from the outside but very tastefully modernised inside. Food was fantastic with a wonderful chef, staff friendly and location good for both moor and coast. -
Although old from the outside,the interior had been completely refurbished to a very good standard.The bed was comfortable,and the breakfast was first class.

This is a new business and the owners are doing a great job of making you feel very welcome. We got the impression that there are still one or two small jobs to correct but no doubt they will be perfected. The whole house has been converted to a very high standard and is extremely clean and modern.

Lovely friendly welcoming owners, gorgeous decor & comfy big bed. Really lovey breakfast, local produce. I noticed Neil knew everyone's names. I think that's a great quality to take the time to learn that. Great location & taxi's are about £3.50 from town so treat yourself & don't do the walk up hill back. Car park on site. Choose a room with a view, the views from here are stunning.

Ash - the owner is a wonderful person, who helps with everything you need and always smiles! A family room was clean and the view to the sea - what else could you wish! Even bedsheets were cotton and not that synthetic as in most hotels! Recommend to everyone!

Our expectations were low and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room and bath were.One waitress especially nice going above and beyond to get us directions to Plymouth.

Very friendly reception from landlady so helpful too. Room was very spacious and clean. Sadly restaurant was full for evening of our stay but there was other options locally. Stumbles breakfast was superb and cooked using fresh local produce. A breath of fresh air from all the large hotel chains. -

It was like spending a weekend in the country with good friends! The young staff could not do enough for us. The room was newly-refurbed with spanking new shower room and all spotlessly clean. Food was wonderful, especially Fiona's epic breakfasts! We will certainly return for more, probably in the summer. -
