  The staff were extremely friendly,courteous and helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left,house keeping was faultless,the meals and restaurant/bar staff fantastic.The location was brilliant with superb views over the lake,even the weather was glorious!altogether an excellent experience. - Hotel offers everything it promises to!   Had a very pleasant stay at the Dalston Hall, staff extremely helpful(the owner very kindly drove us to the Dalston factory in the morning inthe Hotels Rolls Royce. The ambiance of the Gallery was amazing, couldof sat listening to the music which was playing in their all night.
