The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.

The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels

Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is
the place to stay in Belfast.
Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME!
Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly.
The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :)
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.

We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. Most impressively, when we told Geraldine, the hostess, that we were in a bit of a hurry to leave due to our travel plans, our breakfast came out more quickly than I even thought possible. It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus. My stay this time in Belfast was far too short, but I do hope to make additional visits and would stay here again. -
