This is a 5 star plus B&B from the moment we arrived we were made to
feel completely comfortable. Sue and Derek are absolutely fantastic
their hospitality was second to none. The facilities were excellent,
very clean and very well maintained. The breakfasts were varied and

Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard.
When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

Tim and Heather (Mien Hosts!) are both very welcoming and make you feel at home right from the start. Very knowledgeable about Cornwall and willing to advise on visitor attractions. Diana and David are very friendly and helpful.They are very welcoming and the breakfast is absolutely lovely - amazing choice an variety and the full English is yummy.
The room was very pretty with nice little touches and a lovely bathroom.
We came from London so were a little late, but David was there to welcome us and open the gate for us. He even took our bags in for us.
Both wonderful people, and made our stay very happy and comfortable.

Caroline was very hospitable. The pot of tea on arrival was a lovely touch. Great to be within walking distance of Looe itself with some really helpful hints about where to eat from Caroline. The room was exceptionally clean and the bathrobes most welcome. The breakfast was superb and set us up well for the day. -

Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please.
