  Lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had not checked that the bed in our room would have no foot-board (I am 6'3") but she changed it to one without quickly and without fuss. Whenever we passed reception we got a big smile. such things make a big difference. The bar staff (Flavio) was also very friendly an helpful, offereing t... ce que les gens disent » o bring a meal to our room - for which there was no extra charge. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at Saints Bay hotel again. - Fantastic staff, the chef whose food is amazing very kindly took myself and another hotel guest to the Airport and back early in the morning. The room I had was well equipped and a good size. A very friendly place to stay.

  A superbly organised hotel run by a truly inspirational manager(ess). The room was well appointed and comfortable, the breakfasts ca - The staff approach to guests always friendly and smiles. Management always on hand to assist, which they did on every occasion which I needed assistance. Close to town, easily walked. Comfortable beds, in a sparse room, which was fine for the purpose. Dining room staff extremely good and attentive, and the food first class. I ordered an egg sandwich in my room, and what arrived was the best egg sandwich I have ever had.   accueil - demi-pension - la piscine - Hôtel très bien situé, à 15 min à pied du centre de Saint-Hélier, avec vue sur la mer (pas pour toutes les chambres). Attention, une horrible station électrique dessert le paysage, mais on l'oublie bien vite heureusement.
