I like the quiet location of this hotel and also the fact that my hotel room was quiet from external traffic noise due to double glazed windows (a feature of other Premier Inns I have stayed in).   This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we where very pleased with our choice,it was very convenient for visiting our friends. The young lady on reception was very friendly and certainly knew her job,she was a lovely girl.   The staff were very friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were very quiet as the Premier Inn promises. - Receptionist was 110% after booking .com cock up. Managed to get us into a family room for 4 as booked ! Staff were great and helped with grandchildren's needs
