We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

I went with a few friends for a girls getaway and we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Torik who helped us find our way around Manchester, he was really nice to talk to, helpful and helped us get tickets for the local bars. This to me is going the extra mile in customer service which we really appreciated.

Our whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location was perfect as we were visiting the city for shopping and sight-seeing. The apartments were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Although we were slightly concerned about noise, this wasn't an issue as it was very quiet during the week. The breakfast was a bonus and truly scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very understanding. We will definitely be back again with more friends.

Fantastic value for money in a perfect location. This was quite literally a home from home with every thing you need. Two very comfortable bedrooms so as a whole cheaper than having two hotel rooms, but also get lounge and fully equipped kitchen! Loved everything about it. Will be telling all my friends that YMA is a must. Bar. Free parking. Room clean and spacious. I travelled down and stayed on the 18th June 2013 in a quadruple room with friends and it was fantastic!! Well worth the it for the price. Will be staying again. Gem x

City Warehouse isn't like those other over priced apartments where you're too scared to move incase they keep your ridiculous security deposit- as soon as you step through the apartment door you feel at home, nice soft carpet, everything was clean, all the utensils you could need, plenty of soft clean towels &extra duvets/pillows in the cupboa

The whole experience was excellent!the staff were hyper friendly and helpful,the one bed apartment was very big and I could have been on a spacious bungalow ,not a flat!

we absolutely loved dreamhouse apartments! 6 of us girls went for the wkend and it honestly couldnt of been better. the rooms were great and very comfortable and the kitchen lovely and new. spa bath was amazing! we were in Liverpool rd one and it was great location as close to all the shops and bars and clubs! fantastic would definitely recommend

It was a really well furnished, and well appointed aparatment in a great position. Good size and lovely touches such as tea/coffee, milk in the fridge etc. Would really recommend as an alternative to a hotel giving much more freadom. The restaurant downstairs is also great! Would definately stay again
