On fri breakfast cold ask for poach egg had to ask second time took 25 minute. My sister asked for boiled egg never got it. Ask for bacon as none left and it was raw. No cups jugs teaspoons either.   Excellent value for money. Room was small and basic but also clean and comfortable exactly what we needed. Restraunt and bar facilities have recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Full Scottish breakfast served with tea or coffee was excellent and a massive portion.   The hotel was in a lovely location, a perfect break before travelling further into Scotland. The welcome was genuinely friendly and all staff were very helpful. Although not included in the price of room our £8 Full Scottish breakfast was plentiful and the Haggis was lovely.
