Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. -
