  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.
