The location of the hotel was great and just a short walk from all major shops. The receptionist was welcoming and the room comfortable and nicely equipped with all amenities. Would definately recommend and stay in this hotel again. Also loved the parking just outside until 8.30am :)
Staff was very helpful and made us really feel welcome. Superbly located in a quiet (posh !) neighborhood within walking distance of Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation and better organized in terms of space.
Beautiful, historic building decorated in period style including the retention of fantastic (but tiny) lift with manually operated cage doors. Staying here made me feel like I was a diplomat! Friendly, welcoming staff. Free WiFi in my room. Decent breakfast. Excellent location close to Underground stations, shops, pubs and cafes.
My bathroom had a noisy extractor fan - but this is a common bugbear of mine - many hotels are guilty of having these!
I loved the central location and the standard of cleanliness was fantastic, so was breakfast.
My room 34 was lovely, but my daughter's room 33 was very small and a bit cramped.

Warm ambient ,decoration typically London style.Is a small hotel type boutique ,friendly staff high quality of service .The area is superb,very exclusive and private and you have all the services near by, including nice restaurants and clothing stores,
Carpet floor ,accumulate some humidity , I rather leave wood floor ti´s clean and looks better.

Very nice and friendly staff, cosy hotel and the location is safe because it's near some embassies. Also good for shopping from Sloan street and Harrods
The room and the toilet are small, as most of London's hotels. Also the left old and tiny. I would prefer if they provided a porter for the luggage.
Staff are considerate, friendly, most helpful and willing. Bed beautifully comfortable. Temperature in the hotel was quickly adjusted to a sudden drop in temperature. Tv easy
My shower unit was the worst I have experienced. Difficult to get into, a fixed shower head from a great height. Uncontrollable sudden changes of temperature. IT IS VERY SMALL BUT COULD HAVE A MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY ONE INSTALLED THERE. I suggest the manager tries it.
Perfect value for money in upscale London. Service, perfect. Staff willing and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Made our almost week long stay a great experience.

Really nice little hotel and very reasonably priced. Quiet but easy to get to and convenient for the city centre. Decent breakfast and the free Wi-Fi was a big bonus. Would recommend it.

Great boutique hotel in a lovely, safe, upscale neighborhood in London within walking distance to Victoria Theater, shopping in Westminster & the UG. Budget-friendly considering the outrageous hotel prices in London. The staff was very courtesy & helpful. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We will return.

Building was great in impressive location.staff were excellent and friendly. Churchill room was spacious slightly dated but welcoming.
Parking was no existent or very expensive.prepare to pay about £35-55 per day . bathroom was big but toilet a little small.
On arrival, we were upgraded to the Kensington Suite which was absolutely marvellous. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly - it was a pleasure to stay there.

The room was nice, clean and pleasant. The bathroom was very clean, very nice and the towels were soft. We felt at home. Also - there was a drinking water facility on the floor. The room dad a big balcony. The breakfast was good, also it lacked of fresh vegetables .

Great friendly & proffesional staff. Close enough to tubes and the hussle & bussel but far enough away to enjoy some relative quiet. Have never seen so many super cars in one area ever, any where I have been in the world. Great hotel and stay!

I don't know how I got such a good room rate in such a nice hotel in an excellent area with extremely helpful staff.
Staff is amazing. I've stayed in many hotels in London and they are the best. It offers great value for the money it's located in the heart of Belgravia. You won't find any other such smart deal in the area. It has everyhing you need.
There is nothing I didn't like really and I've stayed there several time.
From 22 to 24 of February 2013. Location is great, friendly staffs, generous breakfast. We could keep the room till late in the afternoon before leaving.
The Location was excellent - a very safe area and beautiful buildings all around. The staff were friendly. The service at breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. The hotel had a relaxed feel. The beds were very comfortable and the heating in the room was just righgt
Nothing. It was all good.There is no bar but if travellers want a bar they should stay elsewhere or visit some of the excellent wine bars only 10 minutes walk away on Elizabeth Street.

The included breakfast was excellent. The staff on when I arrived were excellent and extremely helpful in taking my bag to my room as it was on A floor without a lift. Bed was very comfortable.
Lady on the desk The day I checked out was rude inattentive and wasn't pleasant it may have been her culture but I didn't appreciate it. Milk as a powder time to get uht sachets ditch the powder. Shampoo and gel was like dish washing liquid no conditioner to make up for it.
The subway from Heathrow goes directly to the Knightsbridge Station, from there you can walk to the hotel.
The distance to the next Tubestation is a little bit far, especially with luggage.

The location was perfect
The Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. It was very noisy we had trouble sleeping. In one room the door was damaged, there were holes in the door. Our rooms were located underground and thru the tiny window we had a 'fabulous' view at the garbage bins in the backyard of the hotel. Furthermore it was very cold in the rooms since the heating was not on. All in all a very very unpleasant experience. Not recommendable at all.
