We were staying for my sons graduation from Lipa.Seven of us .It was the perfect place to stay.We liked the amazing beautiful stone building, the very large rooms with high ceilings and stone balcony,the individual nature of the hotel and the atmosphere,the beautiful decor, the huge double bed and lovely linen, the friendly and professional staff, the breakfast was extremely good, luxurious bathroom and toiletries, extremely clean. Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

We left feeling very relaxed after having a very enjoyable weekendin the apartment and the City of Liverpool - Perfect for a family with a lounge and balcony and kitchen if needed. with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night.
