  We chose this hotel because it was affordable and the reviews said it was also very tidy, clean and nice. We were not disappointed: the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were very helpful and nice, and our room was comfortable and interestingly decorated. What can I say, this hotel was absolutely wonderful :) - I thought this place was just great. It could not possibly have been cleaner and it was both comfortable and warm. I was welcomed and shown round. Everywhere looks as though it had just been fitted out. It was great value for money and although I may be doing myself out of an inexpensive bolt hole by urging others to go there: they deserve the business. The street is quiet. The walk there from the tube is under 15 minutes. The WI FI worked well.

I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

  I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. The little terrace out the back was adorable, I only wish I could have come when it was warmer. It's a 10-15 min walk to the station then 12 mins to oxford cir... ce que les gens disent » cus. Not ideally located but it was so cheap who cares. I'll definitely stay here again. - Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me. Clean and nice. Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice. Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back. Will most definitely stay here again.
