The price includes breakfast, not many do in London. It was close to
Finchly station (don't get off tube at Swiss Cottage as we did)!

On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. So, a quick review of the important bits:

I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after
looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough

The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen),
particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard.
The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had
stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to
sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but
Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at
St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time. If you want a
