Great location just around the corner from Warwick Avenue tube, so you're only a few stops away from the centre of London. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we we're upgraded to the JFK suite. Proximity to Paddington Station (just a quick cab ride).Gorgeous section
of London, away from the fray yet still very chic and very city, with
lots of trees. We were welcomed into the room by classical music playing
on a cd player near the door! Gorgeous building. Helpful staff who are
focused on customer service, which seems to be a lost art these days.
P.S. I am actually a 39yo single mom who was traveling with my 20yo
daughter, but the closest "traveler type" choice for us was

Superbe hôtel moderne au cœur de Londres , grande chambre spacieuse etcalme avec piscine et sauna a disposition . personnel très serviable etmulti langues . - Rien à redire. We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was
very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other
transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a
variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and
Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich
and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the

The staff were very helpful. I booked a single room and they called to
see how I was doing after they checked me in. When I said the room was
small, they transferred me to a bigger room within moments - and it even
had a bowl of fruit in it.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable and contain all you need, although quite small - it is London after all.

The Park Grand guest rooms were small but stylish, with nice clean functional bathrooms. The location is within a five minute walk to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations and all points in London are easily accessible via the tube. The breakfast was the tatsiest I found in the area. The staff were very professional, unfailingly cheerful, very helpful and very obliging. I would recommend guests stay at the hotel for either business or pleasure. -
We booked three rooms: the double bed which was not small and not big ( you have space for your luggage ) and the toilet was good, the club room which was verrry spacious in every thing, the junior room which is obviously the biggest one! All beds are comfortable, very clean, room had all facilities you need, the area around the hotel is very quiet and very new. Deserves the 4 stars and very valuable. Last but not least, there's a supermarket near by!

Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away
