Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. -

The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. Love the location. Victoria/Pimlico area is beautiful with many great pubs and restaurants, and you have great access everywhere easily. The hotel itself is small and simple, but good value of money. Awesome Location - nearby Victoria Station and from there you have easy
transportation to wherever (trains, underground, buses). I truly
recommend. Staff very polite and helpful - both front desk receptionists
very kind. The girls who clean the rooms and prepare the breakfast are

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.

Very helpful staff - we arrived early and we could leave our suitcases in the reception office, even though it left almost no room for the staff! Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly.
The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.
