Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Location was excellent.
Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost.
Very good attention to detail to the smaller things.
