La chambre etait spatieuse (chambre King City), la literie extremement confortable, salle de bain à l'italienne, petit plateau avec différents thés, café, biscuits, chambre tres calme. Le personnel est tres gentil, toujours pret à vous renseigner.J'y retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Londres - La dis... ce que les gens disent » crétion, mise à part bien sûr une très jolie chambre, bien agencéeet d'une propreté irréprochable. Un tarif préférentiel à cette époque del'année défiant toute concurrence. Je ne pourrai jamais me permettre devenir dans cet hôtel au plein tarif à mon grand regret, car jerecommande vivement cet endroit.

  All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
