  Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room was clean, everything in order. Ac is great and sound isolation from the street noises worked perfectly.   We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap.   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster.
