Surprise totale en arrivant à l'hôtel, un établissement design de haut standing à un prix très démocratique. La salle de bain et la chambre était spacieuse, propre, vraiment un très bon hotel mais le prix est cher comme partout à Londres... Le petit déjeuner était varié.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful.
Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above
and beyond. It was natural too, not false. They made me feel really
welcome, and that mattered an awful lot, being a solo traveller.
