my bed was very comfortable. Your staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The price was fair. -
The bathroom was lovely. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Location was ideal for what we needed.
I would recommend this hotel to friends/family if they want a short break away.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite as a result of our forthcoming wedding. This was an amazing suite and we were made to feel like Royalty. An amazing hotel, we would happily live there. We stayed in room 211 a one bedroom appartment and it was perfect. A tv in the lounge and bedroom a great kitchen and huge rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a small gym. All the doors are fire doors so you can't hear a peep from anyone else.
location is perfect, only a few streets from a main street with Sainsbury's a spar etc then another two minute walk to the arndale centre. A very short walk to town and the train station yet on a quiet str

Great room, perfect crash pad for a weekend away with brand new facilities. The Light is very central within 5 minute walk of all shops and close to Printworks, Deansgate and Piccadilly Gardens for nights out and despite its central location, suprisingly quiet. City Warehouse isn't like those other over priced apartments where you're too scared to move incase they keep your ridiculous security deposit- as soon as you step through the apartment door you feel at home, nice soft carpet, everything was clean, all the utensils you could need, plenty of soft clean towels &extra duvets/pillows in the cupboa

The whole experience was excellent!the staff were hyper friendly and helpful,the one bed apartment was very big and I could have been on a spacious bungalow ,not a flat!

We loved the apartment. We got upgraded to a larger apartment than we paid for so we were thrilled. My mother made the comment: looks like they just finished it, it is so clean! Booked apartament for 5 and we loved it! Great living room with open
kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Beds super comfy

Fantastic value for money in a perfect location. This was quite literally a home from home with every thing you need. Two very comfortable bedrooms so as a whole cheaper than having two hotel rooms, but also get lounge and fully equipped kitchen! Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly

I went with a few friends for a girls getaway and we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Torik who helped us find our way around Manchester, he was really nice to talk to, helpful and helped us get tickets for the local bars. This to me is going the extra mile in customer service which we really appreciated.

Our whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location was perfect as we were visiting the city for shopping and sight-seeing. The apartments were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Although we were slightly concerned about noise, this wasn't an issue as it was very quiet during the week. The breakfast was a bonus and truly scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very understanding. We will definitely be back again with more friends.
