  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  It was a wonderful trip! Hotel prevzashel all our expectations. At the reception were polite and tried to please us in every way. Deluxe room had everything you need laid out in detail, it feels like you are at home and you are incredibly comfortable. Was very warm and spacious. Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages. Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London. Room was arranged twice daily and a wide selection of newspapers delivered to

  Amazing, its wonderful, it is my second review and my second staying, the staff are amazing kasha and lourie thank you so much you both are so lovely the manager is so gentle they are adorable the hotel is so comfi. The room was kept extremely clean for us and the laundry/ dry cleaning service was exceptional. I will definitely stay again when I come to London.
