  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent. The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. - The reception staff were excellent and The Limo service is amazing . The bar is a fantastic space and feels great

  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay when we arrived we were upgraded to a fab room on a high floor looking over Hyde Park - I absol... ce que les gens disent » utely loved the Como Shambala meal and food options. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location. And the renovated bathroom was terrific.
