The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and
shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very
good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what
is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart.
Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean.
I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

Location, location, location. This hotel is in such a great spot walking distance from so much but also there is a subway right down the street for even easier travel.
