  Good yet quiet location in a lively area near to good tube links. Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate.   The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too.   The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view. Having two tube stations nearby on the central and circle lines makes travelling around so much easier, and it was right beside Kensington Park.
