  When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage space, the ki - Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.   Excellente disponibilité du personnel et qualité de service. Lesstudios sont bien équipés. Le notre donnait sur une cour fermée (pas devue mais très calme et silencieux). L'éloignement de la station demétro Vauxhall (700 mètres environ) n'a rien de rebutant en dépit d'unquartier peu animé - le confort de l'hotel, la décoration très raffinée, l'équi... ce que les gens disent » pement (rien ne manquait) des suites spacieuses et bien agencées, l'accueil enfin un hotel a recommander, avec vue sur Tamise absolument!!!!!!!!

Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!
