  I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. The room (and, it appeared, the whole hotel) has undergone recent refurbishment and so all of the decor and decoration was new and the furniture appeared ... ce que les gens disent » up to date. The room had good soundproofing from the road and was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. My room - Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and 150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted. Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but adequate hotel.

When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
