  This hotel is not perfect by any means however for £60.00 a night in central Chelsea im not sure what people expect, i think a lot of the 'bad reviews' on here are out of order considering the price of the hotel. the location is brilliant, couldnt expect anywhere closer for this price. - Excellent location, very close to Bayswater tube station, a... ce que les gens disent » mid the hustle and bustle of a lively tourist 'hub'. Also just across the road from Whiteleys shopping centre, which was a delight.

  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... ce que les gens disent » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast (ask for egg and toast) is great. It is in a nice position, close to the underground! It is a good choice. - Nice clean room, good twin with double and single bed. Ensuite shower Free view TV Free wifi
