  Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. - perfect location, friendly staff, good restaurant on the groun... ce que les gens disent » d floor, very comfortable position in the heart of London.   If you are looking for a basic clean, decent and budget friendly place to stay in London in an accessible location with free unlimited wifi then this place might meet your needs. We enjoyed our stay and would go back any day. The location was perfect for us we could walk anyway we needed to go, even down to Westminster. The breakfast was plentiful and - staff is very helpful.I booked a room with shared toilets for 53GBP.But it was in upstairs as I couldn't climb up there they gave me a single room with attached bathroom close to the main entrance.breakfast is ok.If I go to london I will definitely stay there because it suits my budget

  The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. It's pretty close to the City if you're up for a walk. The price was all right too. We could come here again, just for the service!   Love the location. Victoria/Pimlico area is beautiful with many great pubs and restaurants, and you have great access everywhere easily. The hotel itself is small and simple, but good value of money. The rooms are very small but if you are staying just pretty much for sleeping as we did i very much recommend The Vegas Hotel. Fast Wi-Fi at least if youre staying at first floor as we did, simple - Awesome Location - nearby Victoria Station and from there you have easy transportation to wherever (trains, underground, buses). I truly recommend. Staff very polite and helpful - both front desk receptionists very kind. The girls who clean the rooms and prepare the breakfast are very polite and always smile.

  Very helpful staff - we arrived early and we could leave our suitcases in the reception office, even though it left almost no room for the staff! We had a shared bathroom which was spotless and efficient. There were supposed to be tea and coffee facilities in the room, but instead, we were free to use the kitchen where everything was laid out to h... ce que les gens disent » elp yourself, even milk from the fridge. Nothing was locked up down there, so there was a very pleasant sense of safety and trust. The breakfast said - Staff very friendly and helpful, only problem was we were on the 3rd floor and as we are very senior, me 76 and Brian 82 found the steps difficult. We enjoyed our breakfast as we had just crashed out the night before as we had flown in direct from Australia. Suggest you make a space on your booking forms re allocation of rooms for elderly. The ensuite was fine and we would stay there again, BUT on a lower floor.
