The room was large and beautiful. The double was two singlew together but still very comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom which was useful and very clean. Much better than expected. The staff were friendly and when help was requested from reception came to help promptly. The location was a 10 minute taxi to the O2 which was great for our conc

We were greeted at the door by (Monika, I think that was the lady's name), she was helpful and friendly. We were going to the O2 for a concert and she advised us of the bus we needed, the cost involved and the fact that the service ran 24 hours a day. We travelled to London to attend a concert at the O2 Arena. The room we had was ideal, We could see the arena from our bedroom window and overlooked the green at the front. The free parking was great, and after settling our things into our room, we enjoyed the delights of a beer in the beautiful beer garden at the rear. 10 minute walk to the arena

Really pleased with the look and feel of the place. Its just been refurbished and it’s been really well done. Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really busy with people due to go to the concert so if your after a quiet drink you might want to go in a little later but the staff coped well and drinks were served without too much delay. Well located for a concert as only a short walk to the O2 and station
