Andre on reception was especially helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.   Wonderful flat near to the center with good neighbourhood and accomodations. Everything is near. Very comfortable, cosy, amazing view and location. Enjoyed our holiday in that flat and didn't want to leave. Everything is just as described. Thank you very much!

  Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Although we had booked room only, because we were there for the London Marathon, the hotel provided fruit, a cereal bar and L - Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and
