  From the welcome received on arrival through to picking up our bag from the luggage store later on our check-out day, everything at this hotel perfectly met our needs and fulfilled our expectations. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.
