  Nice rooms, good service, convenient location - Very comfortable rooms, staff extremely helpful, food in bistro excellent. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and the continental breakfast for one was actually enough for both of us. Hotel is in a quiet area and close enough to city centre to walk. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond. The staff were very helpful and very approachable about anything always being pleaseant and polite. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.
