  NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly. The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. We had a nice quiet room with a view over a side street even th - Location was excellent. Valet carparking provided, which is good as the carpark is quite a walk away near speakers corner. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome. Luxury hotel. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

  I read so many badreviews that I was expecting the worst...but I was positively surprised.clean,friendly and efficents workers,the bed was super confortable (I usually have problems sleeping in some other beds) and towels and blankets were super soft!!toilette was ensuite!then the location is super,close to everything you need to see in london!!! ... ce que les gens disent » - -The hotel was clean and comfortable.   The location is fantastic being so close to the shopping district. The room was nicely decorated and couldnt be faulted in any way. Kristina who we checked in with was very helpful and friendly.
