Great location just around the corner from Warwick Avenue tube, so you're only a few stops away from the centre of London. The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building.
Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the
apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in
and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot
chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very
clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and
will definetely be staying there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!
