  Comfortable and good size apartment for three, cute and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee sachets prepared for us.   Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

  Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Window in room opens wide and we were thankful for that during London's heat spell. - The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.

  We stayed at ABC HOTEL for 4 nights in SEPTEMBER and were quite impressed with this small hotel. It has been updated and staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but they do have fans. We stayed in #10 which is in the back of the hotel and very quite. The hotel is within walking distance of the Paddington tube station and train station (which has Heathrow Exp - I have used several times to Heathrow Airport before and after use. In the difficult London, this hotel is a high satisfaction to find a good hotel an affordable price. 5 minutes from Paddington Station, the room is not too narrow, corresponding pleasant shower room, staff, and continental Breakfast with normal, there is no particular complaints.
