Almost everything...very comfortable bed....

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

The staff were all very helpful especially the lady on reception. I came with my Dad and his mobility is limited but nothing was to much trouble. Fortunately he had a room on the ground floor. The staff's manners, friendliness and their overall willingness to please clients. Excellent customer service, and every morning we looked forward to breakfast where the young ladies were available to make toast and assist but stood back politely. What lovely manners!

The location is superb, just minutes from Paddington Station (train and tube stop). The staff are friendly. We were not only allowed to leave our bags before checking in, but invited to have breakfast (a free meal!). The rooms aren't huge, but they're a reasonable size. I would happily stay there again. -

We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was
very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other
transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a
variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and
Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich
and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the

It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the
corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a
24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the
staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. You also

Free on raod parking at the weekend. Very warm welcome. Reception, bar
(we did not eat there) & room all spotlessly clean and well
apointed. Great bathroom with lovely shower. Approx 4 mins walk from
tube. The Bakerloo Line took us straight into Oxford Circus and then to
Wembley later. We paid £60 for a Sat night which was really great value
for money and would certainly go back.
