  We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough! The restaurant food was of a very good standard. We would definitely stay and eat here again - Staff really friendly, rooms clean and spacious, breakfast very good and fresh.   The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. - Very nice and helpful staff ... ce que les gens disent » - clean and tidy - great location for buses and tubes - excellent continental breakfast - extremely quiet - good atmosphere - two very friendly pubs within 2 minutes - buses to the bustling Islington/Angel every five minutes.

  Good location near to Camden Market and Kentish Town Tube, lots of bars etc within 10 mins walking. staff helpful. good value for money - Fairly basic but good accommodation. Friendly staff.
