  Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. The staff also let us keep our bags at the hotel after checking out because our train left in the late evening. Rooms were very clean and... ce que les gens disent » fresh.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows.
