  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. They clearly had recently done some repairs to the room and so the walls were a little tired but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm, infac

  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. It was immaculate and had plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, a desk with two bottles of water, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar... ce que les gens disent » and milk. The bathroom was also small but it too was immaculate, and had plenty of storage space as well as providing mini soap's and shampoo's. Once - The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower. Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice. Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant). Value for money, could not fault it during o

  Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish! Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger then thought. The bedroom was totally separate and the lounge area had a sofa bed. Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home .
